We use only 100% domestic sesame seeds that have been carefully selected and acquired from local agricultural cooperatives. After heating, they are rapidly cooled to preserve both flavor and aroma, and they are then cleaned by passing through a metal detection and color sorting machine to minimize the presence of foreign contaminants.
